We had an issue pop up with our dryer on the weekend. For a family of seven this is a terrible situation and I was in desperate need for help. I reached out to Mr. Appliance who responded very quickly. The tech arrived before the allotted time and was beyond professional, kind and knowledgeable. My wife and kids were home and they were completely at ease with the tech’s behavior, and presentation. This is so critical bc it makes me feel that I can count on them for impressive service as well as technical know how. Everything was explained perfectly and executed efficiently. Would I recommend them? Well this is the only review I have written on google and it was motivated by my appreciation for their service, kindness and know how!! I hope to not use them again only bc I hope to not have an appliance break. However, if and when it happens, they are already programmed into my and my wife’s phone!!!
