The technician, Daniel, was very efficient, explained everything to us about what was going on with the refrigerator. Also explained our options in terms of repairs or replacement. He was knowledgeable & very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others & request him if further issues arise.

Fast service. Requested an appt on a Thursday night at 6pm and Jimmy was here Friday at 10am. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thrill that we tried Mr. Appliance. Will definitely use them again.

It was really easy to make an appointment. They were in my house within two days. They fixed my icemaker on my refrigerator. They were quick and had the parts they needed in stock.
