I was reading reviews before I chose Mr. Appliance and saw how many people referenced Jeffrey and I am so glad he was the person to solve my issue! Scheduling we extremely easy (online) and I was given notice when he was on the way. He showed up at the early end of the scheduled time and diagnosed the issue with my dryer in about 30 seconds if not less. We even discussed whether it would cost less to just buy a new dryer or have it fixed and he was very respectful to let me research some dryer prices etc. He helped me weigh the options and I decided to have the issue fixed. He was here promptly for the follow up appointment to install the new part and was done in what felt like maybe 20 or 30 minutes max. It works great! I am very happy. I’ve used Mr. Appliance for my oven in the past as well, and that has worked great ever since. I highly recommend this company for all appliance needs!
