Great experience. Very accommodating working around my schedule. The service professional was very good. Took the time to sort out the problem and discuss next steps etc.
We found Jacob to be a thorough and very competent repairman. He was professional, polite, and patiently answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with his repair service.
Just had Joshua work on our broken Matag. He went above and beyond trying to replace the bad part. We would certainly call Mr. Appliance again because of him.

Our appliance guy Frederick was very friendly and knowledgeable with our washer! He made sure the fix was what we were satisfied with! Would definitely recommend Mr Appliance to friends and family! I loved that they were so near our place of residence!

Bought a brand new Bosch dishwasher that was purchased, delivered and installed by a reputable company. However, the dishwasher never worked. Jacob from Mr Appliance installed a completely new motherboard and got it working great. Thank you so much for helping me make use of this very expensive dishwasher that never worked from day one. All covered under the Bosch warranty as well. Excellent service, repair and attention to detail. Jacob was a delight to work with. Thank you.

Washing machine door was broken and they fixed efficiently. Took a couple of days to get the part, but came when they said they would.
