They were fast, efficient and reasonably priced. What I liked as much - I was not upsold a lot of extras. They fixed the problem and that was it. I frequently have service techs visit who appear more interested in the next sale than fixing a problem and/or doing the work I asked them to do. I trust these guys.

He was very professional, very knowledgeable about my dishwasher and diagnosed the problem easily. Mo came to convert our new range and dryer from natural gas to LP. He patiently explained each task and offered advice for a plumbing issue behind the range to prevent “wild life “ getting into the house. We appreciate your skilled service.

Appliance repair is never fun. And Mr Appliance makes it the BEST case scenario. I’ve used them multiple times and they are my go to.

Angel was a gift to us. He actively listened to us & wasn't dismissive. He trouble shooted different scenarios. While he had the washer pulled away from the wall, he let us take a few minutes to clean the floor which had dust, dryer sheet, a Mr Eraser & a spray bottle that had fallen & we could've get it. Then he did change out our hoses which had slowly been leaking over time but not enough for us to be aware of until our foot got wet. He addressed all issues. His work space was left clean, his personalty was genuine & answed our concerns. We are happy Mr Appliance has technicians like Angel. In addition, there was no delay in scheduling the appointment & Angel was right on time. Thank you.
