My refrig wasn't cooling like it should. I called several repair svcs with no responses. Then I called Mr Appliance. my refrig is 33yrs old, I thought my refrig was a goner. When my dryer stopped working, I was able to get prompt service. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and helpful. My technician, Dean, was professional and efficient. He located the problem and then, not only did he fix it, he told me what could be done to prevent the issue from reoccurring.
