I was having a problem with my dishwasher, the upper rack was broken and we had seen some water on the floor. I called Mr. Appliance and they came right out, chipped all my seals in the dishwasher and the only problem we really had was with the dishwasher rack. Dale our technician found our part and before he lleft, I had a price to have it repaired. Deal with very professional and personable. The whole experience is very positive.

My dryer wouldn't heat, I booked online, very easy and a window of only 2 hrs for their arrival so I wasn't stuck home all day waiting. They texted me to confirm who was going to do the job with picture and all, and called me 30 mins prior to him coming. Great service, got the job done, very professional. Easy to set up appointment and I didn’t have to wait a long period of time. Technician Jeremy was on time and they text you a pic of the person along with their name in advance. They also have a real live person answer the phone.

Scott is a courteous repair person who is knowledgeable, flexible and extremely honest in the area of appliance repair. I will absolutely contact them again when we have a broken appliance! Hopefully all their repair people are like him.

Very efficient. Showed up ahead of schedule. Unable to fix the washing machine- but that’s not his fault. Parts aren’t made any more. He tried everything he could.
