Alex was our service technician. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed our problem with our Samsung refrigerator/freezer. The unit had a faulty hinge that needed replaced. The freezer door would not remain closed. I thought it was the seal. He resolved our problem. He explained to me the problem. Alex provided exceptional customer service ND ensured that we were completely satisfied. He projected a pleasant demeanor. He thoroughly understands all aspects of his job.
