Great experience! Had an issue with our dryer and they came out the next day. They send a picture of the tech coming and let you know when they are heading your way. Our dryer did not have a part (unusual brand I think) so the tech advised on what to do, but they didn't even charge us for their time! Excellent service and a great pricing model- the fee charged for them to come to your home is actually applied towards the maintenance being done on the appliance. Very happy with our experience!

Chris was on-time and knew what he was doing. He listened carefully to my problems, diagnosed my issue(s) and repaired the fridge at a price that was a good value. He was a clear communicator and the kind of person I welcome into my home. I notice little things. The first thing that caught my attention when Chris came into my home was he placed his toolbag on the floor. I hate it whenever service techs put their tools, bags and/or other paraphernalia on any of my counters or table. My kitchen is not a barn. Chris clearly respected the cleanliness of my kitchen and kept it that way.
