I have used them multiple times this year on different appliances. Not sure if they're the cheapest in town but having dealt with various repair people and companies, I definitely feel the most comfortable with Mr. Appliance. Mr. Appliance was prompt and responsive to our service needs for our washer. Our technician, Randy, was very courteous and professional. He was thorough in the service and identified the source of our problem with a great diagnosis. The parts were ordered and the repair was made in a very timely manner. Randy went above and beyond by providing recommendations for us to help maintain our appliances, not just the washer he was hired to service. We were extremely pleased with Mr. Appliance.
