The technician that came and assisted us, Chuck, was such a friendly and knowledgeable individual. He worked quickly to identify and resolve the issues we had with our washer after the suspension broke during transit. I had an LG Front Loader that Chuck was able to quickly fix. I would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone have issues with their home appliances.
