Our appliance repair oerson, Richard exceeded our expectations. He listened to my cooktop issues, and proceeded to investigate and repair the unit. He was very professional and yet very kind and approachable. Jenn Air repaired, a $3,000 savings from a replacement. Thank you Sir

Working with Richard at Mr. Appliance was a very good experience. He came in to fix a problem caused by a different company and did a wonderful job. He would not leave until he was satisfied with installation which meant a lot.

So I called this morning about eight thirty and mister larry Got me scheduled in right away. It's 1025 and my appliance is fixed. Thank you. You guys did a wonderful job. Mr., AJ was very friendly, fast and professional. And I greatly appreciate all. I will definitely usually you guys again in the future. If I have any problems with my appliances
Excellent service!! They were ready to come out within the hour and I pushed it to two. AJ was there right on time and had my washing machine up and running in less than 45 minutes. Will definitely use them again if the need should arise.

Great experience with Mr. Appliance of Beaumont. They were quick to get me scheduled for a consultation and were even able to fix my issue with my oven the same day. The best part was receiving a text with a picture of the service technician so I would know who to expect at my door. They were on time and gave me a 30 minute window of expected arrival time, unlike other repairs companies that give you several hour window. I would definitely recommend this company!

Rich and Larry at Mr. Appliance did a great job fixing my oven. I would recommend them to anyone needing appliance repair. They diagnosed the issue and kept me in the loop with parts delivery time and worked with me to schedule a time to come back and finalize the repair once the parts arrived. Overall great work and a fair price.

Larry and his team were very responsive, professional, and timely. I explained the issue gave them a model number and their tech was able to come out with the parts and it was repaired! Highly recommend!
