I called Mr. appliance because my freezer was pooling water at the bottom and they had a tech at my house the next day. He was friendly, efficient, and solved the problem. I’d definitely call them again in a pinch but hope I don’t have to!

My refrigerator was not cooling. Tom came the same day that I called Mr. Appliance. He analyzed that the electronic control board failed and it had to be replaced. He was able to get a new by the next day and replaced the failed control board the next day. Tom was extremely efficient, knew what he was doing, worked very neatly and was respectful. Overall I was very pleased with the entire experience.
The technician Jimmy was extremely professional and helpful with my repairs. He was quick and informed me about my appliances throughout the entire process.
