We had a great experience with Mr. appliance. After months of a broken stove that another company repeatedly couldn’t fix, we were referred to Mr. appliance. Sherry was awesome and so determined to solve our stove’s problem. She didn’t stop until she found a solution and she’s clearly passionate about her job. She didn’t complain at all but cheerfully worked on the stove for hours. And now our stove works perfectly. We will definitely contact them the next time we need an appliance repair.

Had an amazing experience. We tried a couple independent small appliance people and had terrible experiences. Mr Appliance, and specifically our tech, Sherry, was awesome. Sherry diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and then came back and got our stove fixed. She was great! Totally recommend.

Our fridge had a leak from the freezer into the fridge and we tried everything. We then called Mr. Appliance and the technician, Sherry, was able diagnose and repair everything! Unbelievable service. Had others try to fix my gas stove but they only tore it up more. Sherry Mr. Fix-it repairperson spent 10 hours refurbishing the pieces and parts other damaged. It’s perfect now. The best service ever!!!
