This is the best place that I have ever used. I would probably call them back to work on any appliances that I have that is not working. They knew the product was not working. They help me contact the company and deal with the company. It was still under warranty and the company Gave me problems, But This company help me see through the problems and repaired my refrigerator. They let me know it should not break down now. It works 100% better than when we first got it.

Noah (tech) was the best. Very knowledgeable. He was able to fix my washing machine - preventing me from having to purchase a new one. He also took time to provide washing machine cleaning & fabric softener tips to maintain the longevity of the unit. In this self-serving, fast food world - Mr. Appliance continues to adopt great customer service values…customer service that is missing from so many 2024 businesses.

We were told by our warranty company to find a local technician to work on our washer/dryer combo… I am SO glad that I called these guys. They were extremely professional, thorough and came out the same day I called! They had to order parts, and they came in within a couple of days. Our service technician, Noah, was amazing! I will definitely be calling them again, as well as recommending them to anyone that needs service done!

I’ve used this company used twice. once with my washer and the second with my dryer. Both times they were only called out to do a diagnostic luckily I was able to get the problem fixed right on the spot. Very professional, time efficient and reasonably priced for the services also they give you a year warranty on the parts once they service you. highly recommend & if I have any other problems I will be using them again!

The people who installed my oven were very nice and efficient. I had an issue with the oven being slightly bigger than the cut in my countertop, and they were able to fix the problem easily.

Finally, a reliable contractor in Bossier! Justin was wonderful. He was on time and provided an accurate quote before work started. It was a fair price. I absolutely recommend using them if you need something fixed.
