This was my best experience with setting up a repair request and having a fast knowledgeable repair technician show up diagnosing the problem and returning with in a few days time with parts to repair quickly. Was in need of appliance repair on my GE washer (just months after the extended warranty ended). I purchased it from Famous Tates and after contacting them they gave me several repair service recommendations. After reading the positive reviews on Mr. Appliance I thought I'd give them a try. I scheduled on-line for the next day and our tech Sean arrived earlier than the time window given. Sean made a quick accessment and resolved the issue. Sean was professional and courteous.
