Shaun showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. It was a unique stovetop problem and he did everything to figure out the issue, even coming by a 2nd time. I would recommend them and am happy with their work.

They're busy so I had to wait a day. I expected to have to wait longer when I contacted them. It's worth it. Eric was running behind due to taking care of customers. The company reached out to let me know and see if I wanted to reschedule. As I've heard, if they take the time with other customers it means they'll make sure you're taken care of too. He got my oven fixed while taking the time to explain the process and options to me despite it being fairly late in the day. Rarely are you so positive about an appliance repair job but I am going to take a few minutes to brag about this company. Specifically, Eric, who came on multiple visits to repair this oven. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem but work hard to find solutions in fixing the problem given that as a high-end appliance, everything is complicated. additionally, their operations are flawless. I got reminders I got calls. I got updates and the repairman was always on time or early. I would strongly recommend this company.
