I couldn’t be more pleased with the technician that came to fix my dryer. He was very professional, curious, and very knowledgeable.

Tim, one of the service technicians carefully diagnosed problem with a Bosch oven ,was able to order a dis functioning part which he was able to install the following week. Tim gave us the confidence he really knew what he was doing and saved us a couple thousand dollars if we had replaced the oven.

Our dryer wasn’t drying so we scheduled an appointment with Mr. Appliance. Scheduling on-line was easy. Appointments were running late on our scheduled day so the technician, Edwin, called to let us know he would arrive later in the day and also called when he was on his way. I appreciated the communication. Edwin didn’t find anything wrong with the dryer so it seemed likely the vent was clogged. We had used a dryer vent cleaning tool but it didn’t go all the way through so it just pushed all the lint together into a clog. Edwin was able to blow the clog out. Never thought I would be so happy to catch up on laundry. Thank you!
