I was highly impressed by the level of service provided today. David came to the house and was able to identify the problem with my fridge in minutes. He explained everything in detail and while I decided not to follow through with the fix and just get a new fridge instead due to cost comparison, I will call this company when I need appliance repair in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I was able to get an appointment the next day and received confirmation with an appointment window. The technician showed up at my house and was very nice. He immediately diagnosed the problem and worked until it was resolved. He was on time he was courteous, and he cleaned up after himself. He can’t ask for much more than that wonderful service.

I called Mr. Appliance, because my ice maker wasn't working, the tech came, and did a diagnostic test. He found out that 2 wires at the bottom of the freezer door were cut. He did a excellent job of repairing them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone!
