Mr. A. was very helpful in working with our Home Warranty Insurance (HWI). Mr. A's kept us informed & they even they contacted our HWI in order to ensure that our needed parts were approved as soon as possible. Their assigned Repair Technician, "Dan" was very friendly & efficient in both the diagnostic & repair aspects the service provided. Mr. A's, Office staff was also very helpful in keeping me informed as to the ordering items need to repair our washing machine.

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance! Our technician, Dan, was punctual, very efficient in diagnosing the problem with two of our appliances, and he was super friendly. I had no reservations about having him in our home. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance again in the future!

The service technician was prompt and reliable. He found a part for our oven within a week of the initial service call, and installed it without any trouble. I appreciate their expertise cause I can't do it, and it saved me from havimg to spend $2K for a new range . Our range is only 7 years old!!

Jonathan came to our rescue when our refrigerator had ice on the back wall. He ordered the replacement part and the company was understanding when an appointment had to be rescheduled to have the part installed.
