Our 2 year old refrigerator died on Sunday.. we called Mr appliance and they sent out Drew their repairman. He was able to identify the problem and order the part that we needed right away. We were very pleased with the service provided and we will use Mr Appliance again when we need help!

I called to schedule a repair on my dishwasher and one of the first things suggested was to see if my appliance was under warranty. Instead of suggesting they repair the dishwasher they told me to check with the manufacturer. Although I did not use Mr. Appliance I appreciated the honesty and would gladly call them again if I ever need an actual repair.
