We had an issue with our Bosch dishwasher. Bosch hooked us up with Mr. Appliance and they were super responsive and the whole thing was taken care of (including parts having to be ordered and delivered) within 3 days. The communication - texts with technician and a picture of the technician - was fantastic. I appreciate that they do that and include a picture of the person (stranger!) coming to your house to do the repair. I can't recommend them enough; they were wonderful!

Contacted them for a refrigerator cooling issue. Every other place was a 2 week wait. They were able to come out in the morning and fix the problem by the early afternoon. Very appreciative of their diligence.

My freezer wasn’t staying frozen. I liked how the company sent a photo of the technician ahead of time. He arrived on time and was able to figure out it would be better for me to replace my fridge than to put money into repairing it. It wasn’t the news I wanted but I appreciated the honesty.
