Rich came to our home on time. He was able to figure out what was wrong with our Maytag dryer as soon as it was running. He replaced part promptly and cleaned up around dryer. My husband and I are VERY pleased and will definitely call Mr. Appliance for assistance in the future. Thank you Rich for being so professional and kind.

Very good Jonathan was a standup guy. Estimated the problem perfectly. Was on time also then a fixed the problem. brought extra parts just in case it might’ve been a different problem on my dryer

Professional friendly staff, had a stove burner that wouldn't light. They replaced the necessary harness and it's fixed.
Had an excellent experience with Mr. Appliance. Had a dryer producing no heat, called them and they had someone there the next morning. Quickly identified to issue, proposed the cost, and was done within 30-45 minutes. James did a great job replacing the heating element and was very knowledgeable. Thanks Mr. Appliance and James!

Thank you for the quick turnaround! I called to schedule an appointment on a holiday, and the next day, Rich arrived to fix my dryer. Both he and the person I spoke with on the phone were patient and attentive. Rich explained everything during the repair and efficiently completed the job. You have a great team! Thank you so much! We had a small stove top fire, and our pilots would not light the burners. We called Mr. Appliance around 4:00 pm Tuesday, and he set us up for a service call between 10:00 and noon Thursday. The serviceman kept us informed and arrived at 10:00. He cleaned out the burners, and everything works great. The cost was reasonable.

The tech Jonathan was amazing and fixed all issues I had . He also answered all my questions. the price was amazing! I would recommend this company to everyone!!
Rich checked out my washer/dryer. He was quick to identify the issue and let me know exactly what was wrong. He was also very friendly and courteous. I also really appreciated the communication from the company and how they sent me a picture of Rich so I could identify him before I let him in my apartment.
