I was pleasantly surprised when I called on a Friday afternoon to have a human being answer the phone. Mike was very attentive and very helpful, and he floored me when he told me he could have someone out here by Tuesday morning. I expected a two or three week wait to fix my dryer. Anyway, on Tuesday, Johnathan showed up. He was professional and courteous. He determined what the problem was almost immediately and had it repaired in less than a half hour. This business is fantastic! Don’t waste your time with other providers… Call Mr. appliance 1st!

Mr Appliance technicians are very professional. They come on time and send txt updates of who the technician will be with a picture. We have used them multiple times and they are very Knowledgeable on all sorts of appliances and are able to fix the issue either on the spot or after ordering the required parts. Reasonable prices. We'll continue calling them when we have issues with our appliances!
