I saw the reviews here, after having my call directed to Mr. Appliance, and I was concerned what my experience would be. Fortunately we got Pete and he gave his assessment of our refrigerator. It's about 9 years old and for us it made sense to just get a new one. Some may try to fix theirs, but with circuit boards and compressors involved, a new one is more likely to be a good use of our funds. Pete gave us just what we needed to make our decision. I would call this company again for help with our appliances. I very much value a skilled technician who can give us expert advice.

Went above and beyond to repair my LG dishwasher. It was quite a struggle to get around LG's bad design to get to the repair needed and to get dishwasher back together.

I scheduled an appointment on-line, called to follow-up and was told the system had allowed the appointment by mistake and they weren't available at that time. I thanked them and hung up to find another company. Within minutes I received a call from the office saying they had moved some things around and could get me in the next day after all. This was very much appreciated. I then received a text with a picture of the technician that would be doing the work and the time was confirmed. Nick arrived on time the following day, was very professional and polite and fixed our refrigerator. Excellent service.
