Update on 1/24/25. We called Mr. Appliance yesterday to come look at our Maytag fridge and got a quick appointment for today, very prompt response. Two repair men came on the appointment and they quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a quick fix. Great service from them both. Great appliance repair company for our area. We always call them.

I’ve been in real estate for over 20 years and have always relied on Mr Appliance for not only myself but would recommend them to clients. They have always been reliable and professional. My recent service was for myself. Andrew was the service tech and I couldn’t sing higher praises for him. He was very knowledgeable, professional and tidy. He was there to repair our free standing ice maker which can be a very messy job, but not for Andrew. I don’t think even a drop of water hit the floor. He came to the house on Monday diagnosed the issue, ordered the needed parts and returned on Wednesday, I’m now up and running again. If you have any appliance that needs fixed, call Mr Appliance; I personally will be asking for Andrew :)

My tech arrived on time. Performed diagnostic test on my appliance, explained the problem found, he actually had the part needed for my repair on his truck. Replaced the part and checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. Great tech-was extremely knowledgeable about my appliance and its working mechanism. Talked me through the repair process. I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone needed a repair on a household appliance.

Personal and detailed

Our fridge was limping before Christmas. I called and Ms Judy sent tech on Christmas Eve. Ken diagnosed a problem and ordered a part. Inside of a week the part arrived. Ryan came out and replaced the part b/c Ken was ill. This morning (inside a week from first call) the fridge is working again. Both techs were friendly, on time and listened to a barrage of questions from me. All-in, over the holiday season, we have the fridge repaired for about 10% of a new one. Wife and I highly recommend Mr Appliance, Ms Judy, Mr Ken and Mr Ryan!

Vincent came out and helped me resolve issue in one visit. He's a beast.
