When we were worried about our refrigerator they were able to come out and give us the service on the same day.

Excellent service! I spoke with Amy and Britney in the office on a couple of occasions. Both were professional, polite, and friendly and answered all of my questions. Then, Alex came out to my home and repaired my refrigerator. He took great care to not damage anything in my home and tested my product to make sure it was working properly. The repair comes with a one year warranty on the parts and labor, too. I’m highly satisfied with my service and would recommend them to anyone!

The technician arrived promptly and was very courteous. He thoroughly inspected my dryer, identified the issue quickly, and explained the repair process clearly. Overall, I highly recommend. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Five stars all the way!

Extremely professional, prompt and courteous. We have an uncommon brand of stove and Mr Appliance is one of the few companies that will service it, as they have on 2 separate occasions for different parts of the stove that went out. Fortunately they are such a great company. We will call them for all of our appliance needs in the future...highly recommended!

Technician was polite and able to fix our problem clearly. Cost was fair.

Had a dishwasher on the fritz, it kept leaking water every time I would run it. I called spoke to one of the kindest and most understanding reps over the phone. They sent a technician out asap and I was even notified 30 minutes before the technicians arrived to my house. The technician was very friendly and had my dishwasher running in a jiffy. I definitely recommend this company! The technician I had at my home was so friendly and knowledgeable!! I have a Samsung Refrigerator that I needed looked at and they came out right away! Super friendly staff and awesome service!

Technician was outstanding! Diagnosed my refrigerator problem within minutes! Office communication was on spot and very polite and professional. Technician left my home after repair and could not tell he was never here very clean and parked his vehicle on the side of the road also texted me when he was on the way definitely will be using again and recommending to my family and friends :)

The tech was very professional and on time. He was super friendly and even explained the issue to me. He stayed there until the unit was working. My washer works so good now! They gave me a really good price too! The office was super commutative. I definitely recommend using them. I will be using them the next time I have an appliance issue!!

Greg was the tech that performed the repairs on my dryer. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and even tolerated my bad jokes. He was quick and efficient. Mr. Appliance has a star here, hold on to him.

The service guy was very professional and was on time. He thoroughly explained the issue. He made the repair in a timely manner. My washer runs like new. Office would call with any updates and we couldn’t appreciate that more! I would recommend them! Definitely they are a five star service ⭐️

Great service and they came within an hour of me calling to see if someone could come that day for my fridge that stopped working. Matthew was great and will use them for future things. Great experience!
