I was impressed from the start with the message to me with the technician's picture attached. When he arrived, he put a carpet down at the front door and put boots on. As he worked on our refrigerator, he had a protective shield for the floor. All I am saying is that everything he did was aimed at having minimal impact on our home while he did his job. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the parts and cleaned up and left. I have never had an appliance technician be so careful and professional. Thanks to Jeremy!

We had our first experience with Mr. Appliance via our home warranty company. They contacted us quickly after placing our claim. They were professional in every way on the phone and at our home. Scheduling went smoothly and the process was clearly explained. On the day of service, they provided a courtesy call letting us know they were heading our way. They arrived, diagnosed the situation, and made the repair. It was fast. It was easy. It was convenient. The technicians who did the service were knowledgeable and courteous. I would 100% recommend them for any of your appliance repair needs.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Mr. Appliance sends an employee photo id so you know who to expect, which should make those living alone feel secure, they kept me fully apprised of the ETA for the repair, the tech left the house as clean as it was when he arrived, and he repaired the my dryer and dishwasher (both Askos) with a minimum of fuss. They do require pre-payment for the repair, but you shouldn't let that bother you---they will show up and do a good job.

I recently purchased a new range. There were multiple things that aren't right with the range and Jeremiah has worked tirelessly with the mfg to try and get everything fixed. I appreciate his concern, his expertise and his very detailed explanations of what the next steps were. He was very respectful of my home and took care to leave everything as it was when he arrived.
