Chris was great very respectful & professional had a great sense of humor. He even let me to nosey dog product sniff the part to make sure it wasn't treats first before installation..I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance any day to fix big Appliances, because if the are as awesome as Chris then you can trust they'll get the job done.

Mr. Appliance were professional, got us scheduled the same day. Ordered the part and made the repair the next business day. Richard, the technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He diagnosed the issue, gave a me a quote on the spot and took care of business. Communication was excellent and honestly I wish all businesses ran in such a fashion. 10/10

We have a 20+ year-old stove that stopped working on New Years Eve. Making an appointment online with Mr. Appliance was quick and easy. Jamie from Mr. Appliance was able to diagnose the problem and repair the stove. Jamie was friendly and awesome. Repairing our stove with Mr. Appliance saved us money over buying new stove and now our stove will hopefully last another 20+ years.

What can I say, 10 stars! Jamie was so helpful that I was blown away with is knowledge and abilities with our stove! He read the notes my partner posted on the original ticket.
