They were on time for both appointments and the part came when they promised. I’m not looking for my stuff to break again, but knowing Ethan and Mr. Appliance are there to help when it breaks again is a good thing.

Vary polite although parts were not obtainable at time of service , they were able to get parts and replace them making my freeze repair complete .
The tech was very nice. He fixed my washer in just a few min. I am very happy with the service and I will definitely be using them again

I called the office # on Tuesday and a nice receptionist set up my appointment for Thursday. I was elated to learn that the technician arrived at my home just a bit late to diagnose and repair my washer! The receptionist called me to inform me that he would be a few minutes late due to a meeting he attended that morning. He had the part he needed to repair and it’s working beautifully! They are very professional and I highly recommend them for repairs! 👍
