Our upright freezer quit working and they responded same day. Unfortunatley a part had to be ordered. Wehad to move all of our frozen food to others freezers to save food. They returned when part came in and fixed freezer. They give an estimated tome of arrival and a call ahead when technician is on his way. They did an excellent job for us and will definately will call them if needed again.
