Todd came to perform service on my Speed Queen Commercial washer and Bosch dishwasher. He handled the service call very professional and explained the issue with the washing machine to me and the required part needed to repair it. Dishwasher was no charge since he was able to immediately reset it to start.

Called Mr Appliance and they sent out someone same day, Rachel. They were quick with their fix and got the fridge back in running order. Friendly, fast and reliable service

ASKO brand dishwasher repair - are tough to get. Great service and went over and above of just the repair. Technician Rachel was fantastic, professional, did work efficiently and quickly. And adjusted dishwasher orientation in cabinet to square it up with everything else. WOW.

Excellent experience with these folks! First of all Shaun, on the phone, tried to help me reset my washer to see if I didn’t need a service call. How much I appreciate the effort to try and help out before a call! Unfortunately, that didn’t work and I was able to get an appointment the next day with Matt. Matt showed up in the timeframe given, was super friendly, helpful and knew just how to fix my washer. He was in and out in less than an hour… all repairs done and cleaned up after himself! Highly recommend!

My freezer stopped freezing, quite the crisis in July in Arizona. Rachel came out and assessed the problem, returned shortly thereafter with the parts and got us back up and running, saving us from having to purchase a new unit! Thank you for the great work, I am loving having ice again!!!
