This is an amazing company! I went with them because they were less expensive than the other places I called. I will stay with them because they went above and beyond for me. Todd was the electrician. When I thought my microwave didn’t work, he helped me in a way no other installation company has ever done!! We’ve been in our house for 30 years and never had the pleasure of dealing with such a great combination of excellent workmanship and friendliness.

Our newer GE refrigerator is/was malfunctioning. I spoke to Mark, who gave me some helpful and free advice while I was waiting for my home warranty company to respond. I canceled my Mr Appliance appointment scheduled for the next day, but based on my talks with Mark and Shawn, this company seems like a pleasure to work with. This turned out to be a rare opportunity to say something nice.

After 24 years, our oven fan had gotten noisy. We called Mr Appliance, & Todd came out to our house. He tested the oven and explained how he would be able to replace the fan. He returned 2 weeks later & did a beautiful job. A smooth & professional job. Highly recommended!

Todd came to perform service on my Speed Queen Commercial washer and Bosch dishwasher. He handled the service call very professional and explained the issue with the washing machine to me and the required part needed to repair it. Dishwasher was no charge since he was able to immediately reset it to start.
