My tech, Pete had to deal with sewage backed up into my washing machine. He went to the laundry room, cleaned it all up, then fixed it without so much as a single comment about the horrible conditions. He was in and out in under an hour. Amazing guy.

They were able to schedule us quickly and showed up when they said they would. The technician was knowledgeable and explained things well. Pricing seemed fair although I don’t have experience in that area.

cannot say enough good things about mr appliance and andrew! we just moved into town and they have helped us with both our washer and our gas over in the new house. they are always able to come within 48 hours and provide exceptional service. when we thought there was still an issue with the oven, they brought back a specialist to make us feel at ease and at no charge since they have a one year warranty on all repairs. thank you!
