I like that the same people came from when I made my initial call a year or so ago. It helps that they identify the contact person that is coming and even though our little dog barked, she quickly recognized him when he came to fix another appliance. They both were friendly and even wiped their feet as they entered the house. He was honest with the issues and I appreciate the fact that there is a year warranty, although; I did not need it the first time around. The machines were fixed in a week. Way to go guys! Andrew and Neal both came out to the house to check out our dryer issue and they were great. Andrew came out the first time and spotted the issue quickly and got the part ordered immediately and Neal had it fixed up in no time on the second trip. Highly recommend

Kevin arrived as scheduled, was friendly and thorough. Asked questions and quickly diagnosed our problem on a Friday and was back Monday with the part to successfully fix the issue. The repair was less than 1/3 the cost of a new dishwasher. Kevin was super friendly and we had a lovely conversation about cooking while he was testing the fix. Great service.
