I was having problems with the ice-maker, andt5hey came and found out that the motor was bad, so they suggested that a newer model can help, so I am getting a new one.,
Mr. Appliance is absolutely amazing, they fixed my dishwasher. I had a Whirlpool Dishwasher that was leaving water and suds all over my kitchen floor and they were able to fix the same day! Then even told me how to prevent it from happening again! I will recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone I know! Mr. Appliance makes you feel like you are a part of the family. I really appreciate that you have them wear shoe covers, park in the drive, and even clean everything and made my dishwasher shiny! They wiped my dishwasher down and everything! They had a logoed van and shirt so that way you know who is coming into your home! Greg was an amazing tech! Thank you Mr. Appliance!

2nd time using them. 100% would recommend. customer service picked up on first ring and was fast. they gave me all the scheduling details up front. tech Greg was on time and professional. He gave me all the work details up front so i knew what my options were at all times. got an old oven thats making noise and i'm calling them again right now.

Mr Appliance performed as promised even though Maytag part was backordered two months. The Tech was knowledgeable and polite.
