We got to work with Brock when our dryer went out and he was PHENOMENAL. He was personable, friendly, helpful, kind, and answered questions I had and even questions I didn't. The office and payment staff were equally as kind and friendly when we spoke over the phone. We would gladly work with Mr. Appliance and Brock again!

Abiel was our technician. He communicated about his arrival and was right on time. He did an excellent job of addressing the problem with our dishwasher, fixed it in in quick fashion, and then took time to explain how to prevent similar problems in the future. I will definitely call him again when I have any issue with my appliances!

I was so impressed by the level of customer service from Mr. Appliance. A real person answered the phone the first time I called, and they were able to schedule my appointment around my schedule. The morning of, they texted a picture of the technician who would be coming, and Christian was top notch. He was so kind and professional, quick to diagnose the problem and make some recommendations about next steps. I absolutely will be recommending them to anyone who needs appliance help!! I called Mr. Appliance to come & check out my Kenmore washing machine, (taking 2 hrs to wash a load), Christian came out & gave me a fair price on what needed replacing & it works great now. Very professional & knowledgeable. I recommend this company 👍.
