They send a text and email picture of the repairman scheduled to come along with confirmation of time and date. The repairman was kind and knowledgeable and efficient! He sent a receipt email after with details of the repair and breakdown of cost. 10/10 would recommend them to repair home appliances

I called Mr. Appliance of Fredericksburg after my homeowners warranty failed to show twice in 1 month after my fridge stopped keeping fool cool. The gentleman that assisted me spent minimal time diagnosing my fridge's issue. He ordered the part(s) necessary and came back a few days later to repair my fridge. He was very diligent and informative. He wore shoe booties, kept his work area clean (he even sanitized the area afterwards), and made the necessary repairs in about an hours time. We lost hundreds of dollars in groceries but we did have peace of mind once the Mr. Applicant technician showed up and made his diagnosis. I would recommend this service whether you are in a bind or not.

Technician came out and reviewed our problems with the refrigerator and after he did all the system testing he provided us with a quote and options. The parts will be in early next week and he plans on a 90 minute visit to replace all that was needed.
