Nick Fixed my issue in less that 30 minutes where the company I had before tried and tried for over 6 months as we waited for part after part that didn't work then refused to work on it anymore because "There was nothing else we can do, you got to buy a new one at this point" Nick came by on time and ready to start. He was very attentive to the issue my commercial dryer was having. Very informative and walked me through step by step of what the issue was. He was very sweet and even went into detail and gave me tips and suggestions to make sure it stays well maintained. 10/10 Everyone needs a Nick in their life if you got commercial dryer issues.

Great service bill was high but what is not.

Mr. Appliance is terrific. There was an actual person on the phone picking up calls and scheduling them. I got a next day appointment and they kept me informed of the status. Jonathan Benge arrived perfectly on time and devoted his energy to diagnosing my dishwasher issue. He was patient, and very communicative, explaining what diagnostics involved, and the overall process he was following to figure out what was wrong. He began from the smaller, easily fixable problem potentially easy to repair, and moved to the bigger issue, namely the control panels. I appreciated that, and the fee charged at the end which was less than a lot of other appliance repair people. Best of all, Jonathan had the respect for my home to wear booties while inside--I consider this a great sign that this is a great business that I intend to use (though hope I don't have to:)).

They have impeccable customer service. Probably got my business away from the place I was using before.
