The technician was on time, very pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Mr. Appliance was able to diagnose the problem with my dryer the day I called, ordered the needed part and 2-3 days later when the part arrived; John came right out and fixed the dryer. Everyone involved was professional, pleasant and capable! John was especially great-I highly recommend this company!

I had another company's technician come out and he thought my refrigerator could have a couple things wrong with it. I then called Mr. Appliance and they were quick to come out diagnose the problem.(BTW not any of the things wrong that the 1st technician said) Part came in next day and the next work day the technician came back replaced a bad inverter. Refrigerator working great.

Our tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered all our questions and gave us good advice on how to use our stove and extend its usefully life. He was very professional.

We had David out here to repair our washer and dryer. He was polite and informative and fixed the issues we were having. Making an appointment was easy and he was able to come the very next day. He came during the time frame given. I'll be reaching out to them from now on for appliance repairs.

Dale and his trainee (I was introduced but am not recalling his name at the moment) were both great and professional. We appreciate being kept up to date on the general details and status of our repair. We would not hesitate to hire them again in the future! Over the last 3-4 years in total: From the scheduling with Stephanie to service from Brad, they are consistently reliable, friendly, and transparent. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Brad with Mr Appliance was great! He was extremely timely, kind, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Our dryer needed a new heating element and he was able to replace it on the spot. I work from home and he was really polite with noise and asking me questions. Will definitely call them again if we have issues!
