I have worked with Mr. Appliance a number of times. Justin helped me with my Thermador gas stove and refrigerator. Most recently Drew and Steve helped my with my LG washing machine. All three of them are wonderful to work with. They are on time, knowledgeable and neat. Mr. Appliance is the first and only company I go to for appliance repairs.

Adam quickly identified the cause of our oven not lighting on Xmas eve. A part was ordered which took some time to arrive due to holidays. Part arrived Tuesday afternoon, installed and repaired Thursday morning.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and the repair was done. However as a company I think their service charges are high compared to other repair businesses

I have used this service several times. I have always found the technicians to be efficient, precise, direct, competent, friendly without being overly familiar, and helpful. One can request a technician by name if preferred.The service seems a bit pricey, but the quality of the work and the reliability I have experienced is well worth the cost. I recommend them.
