First time using Mr Appliance. They checked all the boxes. Called the day before with the name of the service person and the time window 8-8:30. Got a text in the morning to say he was on his way right on time. Justin was friendly, respectful of my house, knowledgeable about the problem and fixed it! We were very happy with the service.
