The service professional who helped me was on time, friendly, and helpful. And he didn’t even make fun of me when it turned out my washing machine was malfunctioning because of something dumb I could have easily done myself.

Anthony was pleasant and diagnosed my refrigerator issue immediately. Thawed the clogged drain line which caused water puddle in front of refrigerator. Solved issue and would highly reccomend Mr. Appliance to friends and neighbors.

They fixed my issue and dirty their experience knew exactly what the problem was. Price is a little high but I trust their work and they have a full one year warranty on parts and labor. Overall happy with their service and would use them again. I also trust them as being honest, and I never felt like I was being charged for something I didn’t need. For me, that goes along ways.
