Highly recommend! Nate and the administrative/scheduling team were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Nate was a rockstar - our washing machine is an absolute lemon and he stayed at our house for well over an hour to troubleshoot and diagnose. He then took the time to walk me through what he did and explain the diagnosis, as well as provide me with his written notes. I would absolutely call Mr. Appliance again!

Great experience with Mr Appliance. The process was easy, contact information along with a picture of our tech, Nate, was shared ahead of the visit. Once here, Nate was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the part that we needed to get our oven back in working order. Nate was great…very knowledgeable, he explained everything to us, and just had a great balance of technical experience and a pleasant customer service approach. We will definitely be calling them again!!!!
