Rapid response and quickly fixed the problem. They went out of the way to acquire the part needed and came back the same day.

Mr Appliance was able to send someone out to do the initial diagnostic the day after I originally called, and the service was completed in less than a week! The technician was communicative, friendly and so incredibly helpful when discussing different brands he would and would not recommend purchasing in the future. I would absolutely use this company again!

I was hesitant after I realized Mr. Appliance was a chain type appliance repair business. But I checked reviews and they were by and large good. I will continue to use Mr. Appliance - our service tech Eric was very responsive and communicative. He explained our options and gave a solid recommendation on next steps. I now have a fully functional oven in time for my Christmas baking.
