I was very impressed. He was communicative, on time, helpful, answering questions I had about my appliances, gave suggestions, and offered further assistance should I need it. You would think that last one would be obvious, but I felt like he really wanted to HELP, not just make money, with that visit and future visits. I will definitely use him again. Oh, he also was neat and well groomed. (I have to comment on that because the banker I saw that day was in jeans down middle of the hips, who'd have thought that someone who works with machines would be that much better dressed than a banker!)

Sept. 9, 2024 Asis- Asis came out today and was very professional, nice and efficient in replacing our Refrigerator Gasket. He also gave very helpful tips regarding other parts of our Refrigerator. He represents Mr. Appliance well.

Showed up when they said they would. Jordan didnt have the part on hand but got it same day and fixed our stove. Would highly recommend.
