Ramon was on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He figured out what was wrong with our ice machine, ordered the part, and came back a few days later when he said he would and got us all fixed up. Our ice machine is cranking out ice now, good as new!! I would definitely call them again if we have need of an appliance repair.

Ricky is the BEST! not only was he friendly and kind and made me feel at ease with having a man in my home when I am home alone (which is NOT always the case) but he was professional polite, easy to communicate with and quickly addressed any questions I had and fixed our washing machine quickly. I will be requesting him in the future. This man deserves a promotion!

We had an excellent experience with Allen from Mr. Appliance. He did a thorough diagnosis of our dishwasher issues before writing up the repair estimate, and was able to come back and fix it within a few days. He was prompt, professional and friendly.
