My washing machine died just before the spin cycle and it was filled with soaking wet towels. The lid was locked so I couldn't open it. I called Mr. Appliance and Bachir arrived less than 2 hours later. He got the lid open so I could get the dripping towels out and identified the part that needed replacement. It was in stock and he left to pick it up and returned about 2 hours later and completed the repair. I was able to continue with my laundry on the same day! Awesome service and awesome job. Thank you all!
I have used Mr Appliance many times. I have found them quick to respond, repair professionally and have reasonable prices. I will always call them first.
