Took a long time, but problem resolved after the techs perserverce

Sounds like the tech spent a little extra time to make sure all the damaged wires were located and repaired to make sure the job was resolved fully that same day. Thank you for your patience while we were insuring the job was correctly completed!
Louis arrived as scheduled. Diagnosed my GE refrigerator problem. Gave me a repair quote for parts and service. Completed the repair. Very professional service. I will definitely call Mr Appliance for any future appliance repairs. Thanks for the great and timely service Louis.

Bachir was fantastic. He had scheduled to come back next day to install parts and fix our fridge. It started working again before he came back which led him to conclude it was the control panel causing issues. Again scheduled to come back next day once the part was ordered. Somehow, he got it same day and called if he could come back and complete the job. I was so pleased he came back same day to fix it. He was very professional and the job ended up costing less than originally quoted. Would definitely call them for future needs.
