Luke was a very knowledgeable young man. He was very respectful and shared information with me about whatever I asked him. Joel and Luke came out to fix my refrigerator after Sears had left me hanging with a broken refrigerator for almost 40 days and took $1100 of my money. I got an appointment within two days of calling. They came on a Friday to assess the problem and were back on Monday to fix the problem. They were friendly, prompt, informative, and professional. I also got a 1 year warranty on the work, where as Sears was giving me a 30 day warranty….what the heck? I will definitely call them again!!!
