Our technician Hyon Choe did such great work with our challenging dryer situation. He came out to help out forst technician then came on his own to finish the job. He was very professional and spent extra time making sure it was done right and then adjusted everything so it would fit in our small space. He did a great job cleaning up too!

Hyon was very professional and explained everything.

My dryer stopped tumbling the clothes the other day. I called Mr Appliance and made an appointment. Hyon arrived from Mr. Appliance the next day, he identified the problem (belt broken) and made sure he had all the necessary parts/kit to complete the repair. Hyon had everything up and running in no time. It really does makes a difference when you have a good technician that knows what they are doing. Next appliance problem I have I will call Mr. Appliance.They have my recommendation.

I was able to get a quick appointment and the technician Cody was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and correctly. The part was promptly ordered and I got a call when the part came to schedule appointment. I didn’t have to follow up. Cody came again and replaced the relay within no time.
