Jamie from Mr. Appliance was awesome in every way! Arrived on-time wearing shoe covers, clean , neat and polite. Reviewed my needs, gave me an initial estimate, and got straight to work, checking my recently moved Samsung washer and dryer, including: attaching a new electric cord to the dryer along with an exhaust hose, checked all washer connectors, lint trap, aligned the door to fix some minor seepage, leveled both so no more "walking" across the floor, and thorough tested both. The units are working perfectly! He reviewed the charges, which were very reasonable AND close to the estimate, and gave me some free samples as well. He will be the first person I ask for at Mr. Appliance for any future repair needs!!!

Technician (Michael) was outstanding. Diagnosed issues correctly and checked to ensure parts were still available (washer and dryer are 20 years old). Once parts were available, Michael installed the parts and ran test to ensure both the washer and dryer were operating correctly. Very positive experience. Dishwasher was leaking on floor. Technician (Robert) found an issue with the float in washer. Cleaned and adjusted float and checked all the seals. Ran unit to ensure it didn’t leak. Another very positive experience.

Robert was exceptionnally good. He was punctual, courteous and very efficient. Diagnostic and repair were done much quicker than I anticipated.
