I called Mr Appliance bc my freezer was dripping water. I googled and found them I called on Wednesday they came out within 2hrs; diagnosed the problem for a minimal fee which they apply if you have them repair it. Anywhoo by Friday the part had been ordered and they repaired it. Me and my Landlord are happy 😊 and pleased with their service, we didn't have to purchase a new Refrigerator. Thank GOD for Mr Appliance of Hyde Park πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™. Any problems with your Appliances give them a call πŸ€™

Although, I gave this company a 5* I was disappointed that it took 5 days (3 days were the Holiday weekend) for them to come out. Original response was slow. The information I had said they were located in Hyde Park but when I would call I was told they didn’t have anyone in the City. In addition it took almost another week for my part to come (via American Home Shield). Despite the wait the repair itself was very quick and so far the oven is working well, which is why I gave them a5*.
