Highly recommend! Called before hand like they said they would. Arrived when they said they would, listened to what I had to say and then listened to the refrigerator. Thought he knew what the problem was, checked it out and confirmed he was right. He had the part we needed, put it in and had us back up and running in less than an hour. The office girl was nice and the repairman was friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have had a better experience!

My Refrigerator went out cause of a part that stopped working!!!! About Every thing in my Freezer was was soft and what little bit was still frozen I put in my deep freeze. And every thing that was in the refrigerator was warm. Every thing had to be thrown away 😭 Out came the trash bags and Randy helped with taking all the stuff out. And Bless His Heart he even took ALL THE BAGS, out and put them in the trash can cause they were to heavy for my Granddaughter or I to get picked up!!!!! He took all the drawers out of the bottom so I could wash them!!! They had to order a part and when it came in Randy's Brother put the part in that was ordered!!!! Then he put ALL THE DRAWERS AND SHELVES Back in for me 😊 Randy and his Brother, Sorry I forgot Randy's Brothers name BUT THEY BOTH WERE THE BEST THEY BOTH WENT OUT AND BEYOND IN DOING THERE JOB!!!! AND of COURSE The Lady in the office Jessica She was such a Sweetheart evry time I called andi I called different. times to ask some questions andshe was Sooooo nice!!!!!! You couldn't ask for better people than ALL OF THEM 😊😊😊 THANK YOU SO MUCH, MR. APPLIANCES!!!!! Our technician, Jake, quickly diagnosed the problems with our dishwasher and oven. He secured the needed parts, and returned in only a few days. Both appliances now work fine. Jake was fast and efficient. I have lamented for years that ANY company, whether fixing appliances or selling hot dogs, who focuses on 100% customer service, will be a success. Mr. Appliance went well above that. Consider me more than satisfied, and a customer for the long haul. Thank you very much.

Great customer service from setting up the appointment to the knowledgeable technician who came to fix our washing machine.Jessica was so helpful with working with our schedule and explaining the process. They sent a photo of our technician (Jacob) ahead of of the appointment. Jacob was so polite and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He provided a cost for the repair and explained that they had to order the part and gave me a cost for the repair. Highly recommend this company!
