Very impressive service. Called as they said they would, showed when they said they would, professional and polite through out. We ended up NOT going forward with the service (only paid the service fee as discussed) and went with a new unit (the Speed Queen the maintainer recommended). Mr Appliance will be my first call for any future appliance needs. Thanks for being so professional. What you would expect, but not always what you get.
