It was very easy to schedule an appointment to address the leaking refrigerator, within 2 business days! Evan showed up early in the 2 hour window given to us, diagnosed the problem efficiently, fixed it, and charged a very reasonable amount. He was polite and knowledgeable. Mr. Appliance came out the very next day after being called and had the part in the truck to fix my washer! They were great! And they texted you when they were on the way with a picture of the repair man so you know who is supposed to be coming, which was awesome!
